As this is a small business, returns are difficult to absorb, so we encourage all customers to check all photos carefully and to contact us if you have any questions about any items before making your purchase. We try to take as many photos as possible and to describe as many faults as accurately as possible.
Of course, sometimes problems do happen! In which case, please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org about your order.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Sale items are not eligible for a return unless faulty or not as described.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we have received your return, if you opted for an exchange, then the replacement will be sent once the faulty item has been received. If you opted for a refund, then it will be processed through the way you originally paid.
If the item is faulty or not as described, the shipping costs to return the item will be reimbursed. Please provide a photo of the receipt showing the cost of shipping to receive this reimbursement. If you return an order due to changing your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
